LaVera Beers –Davison-Carson, 88, of Caldwell, left this world peacefully on Friday, March 24, 2018. She looked forward to greeting her family and friends who had gone before her. She went by the name of Ann most of her life.
Ann was born in in Nampa, Idaho in a white house where Carl’s Junior is located on the Caldwell Blvd. She attended Nampa Schools and Roosevelt, starting in the first grade in a bungalow. The next year Roosevelt School was built and she attended it starting in the second grade. She attended Notus High School for three years and then returned to Nampa to graduate. She then attended Nampa Business College for 9 months.
She married William Beers in July of 1949. To this marriage 2 children were born, Larry Lee and Mary Jane. In September 1968 she married trucker husband, Dale Davison.
She worked for several companies; Carnation Co., Simplot, Fleetwood, Western Stockman and Valley Storage. During this time she did the paperwork to ship cattle for Don Simplot, to Iran and the Philippines. When her husband bought 3 trucks, she went to work with him. Dale passed away in 1996. She then married Robert Carson in 1999 and they had three and a half years together. Bob passed away in 2002.
Ann was a lifetime member of the first Christian Church in Nampa. She loved flowers and she landscaped her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Leatha; sister, Geraldine and three brothers, Kenneth, Raymond and Harold.
She is survived by her children, four grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at the Lower Boise Cemetery in Parma, ID on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 4:00 PM. Condolences may be given at www.flahifffuneralchapel.com.
